Our innovative investment platform offers us the ability to view, advise and report on each client’s full holdings, including assets held outside our firm. This access allows us to provide comprehensive, integrated advice; far-reaching risk oversight and due diligence; as well as highly customized, accessible and transparent client reporting. Our global platform can report on and reconcile daily, multi-currency accounts with multi-custodians. While the platform can accommodate a client’s custodian of choice, through our partnership with Fidelity Investments, clients have the opportunity to leverage our competitive execution costs, minimizing fees that impact their total return.

Customized Reporting

Our platform offers our clients direct, secure access to a menu of customized portfolio views. Clients can monitor daily views of their portfolio holdings, performance, account activity, risk reports, as well various other advanced analytics. Clients can access these views by individual accounts, by custodial banks, or on a fully consolidated basis, all with the press of a button. Additionally, clients can tailor views and reports for alternative investments such as hedge funds and private equity that require metrics unique to their specific asset classes. Our platform also offers us the ability to present non-financial holdings, including real estate investments, partnership interests, and collectibles, to clients for a complete view of their wealth. The system’s flexibility allows clients to work with our platform engineers to continuously customize and improve their reporting matrix.

Our goal is to raise the industry standards that protect a client’s sensitive information. Our clients can feel secure accessing their confidential information, archived documents, and customized reports on a platform built with advanced security systems. These multiple security systems protect all aspects of our platform: the database; transmission of data, including nightly custodial data feeds; the server; software applications; the workstation-laptop; and employee access to customer data. We continuously monitor and update our systems to ensure the integrity and efficiency of our data security.

Fixed Income Overview: This report focuses on the Fixed Income instruments in a client’s portfolio and the metrics that are unique to this asset class. The report analyzes Duration Distribution, Maturity Distribution, Principal Appreciation, Income Realized, Projected Cash Flow, Current Yield, and Yield to Maturity.

Alternative Investments: This report focuses exclusively on Private Equity and Venture Capital investments with metrics unique to this asset class. The report can analyze Performance by Vintage, Cash Flow over Time, Commitments, Contributions, Distributions, and IRR.

Hedge Funds: This report analyzes Hedge Fund performance over time: Performance Comparison, Allocation by Sector and Investment Style, Total Returns, Time Weighted Returns, as well as Standard Deviation.

Performance Review: Performance review includes our industry’s most effective reporting exhibits. Our split-page functionality allows us to customize detailed performance such as Investment Results, Total Returns, Top Performers, Bottom Performers, Performance by asset class and sector.

Risk Exposure Reports: These reports examine the historical volatility of our client’s portfolio using a variety of financial metrics. Risk metrics like Beta, Standard Deviation, Skewness, Kurtosis, Alpha, and Sharpe Ratio are analyzed at the portfolio, asset class, and individual security level.

Clients have on demand access to on-line customized Portfolio Views, Transaction Views and more. Views can be run at the account level, by custodian or on a consolidated basis. Our reporting engine was engineered to store historical data empowering clients to access either date or period specific views.
